Soup
A variety of hot or cold soups, cup or bowl, served with a warmed toasted pita on the side. 

 

Salads  
Served with Italian, Blue Cheese, Balsamic Vinaigrette, Ranch or Oil & Vinegar Dressing, and Toasted Pita Bread.

Garden Salad  Mixed Greens, Tomatoes, Cucumbers, Carrots.  Add Grilled Chicken.

Cobb Salad  Mixed Greens tossed Tomatoes, Bacon, Egg, Chicken, Cheddar and Crumbled Blue Cheese, Black Olives and Avocado.

Caesar Salad  Romaine Lettuce tossed in Ceasar Dressing with Tomatoes,  Whole Black Olives, Croutons, and Parmesan Cheese topped with Grilled Chicken Breast.

Asian Chicken Salad  Grilled Chicken Breast served warm over Mixed Greens, Bell Peppers, Water Chestnuts, and Mandarin Oranges tossed in an Asian Carrot Ginger Dressing.

Salad Plate  Choice of Grilled Chicken, Curry Chicken, Fruit & Nut Chicken or Curry Tuna Salad served on Mixed Greens.

 

Sandwiches, Wraps & Burgers
Served with potato chips and a pickle. 

Hamburger/Cheeseburger  Served with either American, Swiss, or Provolone Cheese, Lettuce, Tomato, Onion on a fresh roll  with French Fries.

Grilled Quesadilla  Melted Cheese in a 10“ Flour Tortilla with Scallions, Diced Chillis,  Red Peppers, Diced Tomatoes and Cilantro  served with Salsa, Black Beans, Corn, Sour Cream, and Quacamole.  Add Grilled Chicken.  Add Grilled Veggies.

Club Sandwich Sliced Ham, Turkey, Bacon and American Cheese on three slices of White or Wheat Bread with Lettuce, Tomato and Mayonnaise.

Chicken Sandwich.  Grilled Chicken with Lettuce and Tomato on a Roll.

Veggie Pita  Grilled Zuccchini, Squash, Onions and Mushrooms werved with Lettuce, Tomato, Cucumber and Avocado with Garlic Aioli or Herbed Sour Cream in a Pita.

Philly Style Shaved Steak or Chicken Sandwich.  Thinly sliced Shaved Beef with Sautéed Onions & Peppers, Melted American Cheese on a Hogie Roll.  Served with French Fries.
